Client Service Associate – EDPlan Health (Oklahoma Remote)
Support Oklahoma school nurses using PCG’s EDPlan Health electronic health record. Manage client relationships, training, technical support, and change requests.
Descriere
- Build lasting client relationships by expanding engagement, improving retention, resolving issues, and strengthening satisfaction
- Apply effective client, project, and change management practices
- Train end users and administrators on the EDPlan Health system
- Lead health-focused client engagements, meetings, and ongoing interactions
- Apply nursing expertise to strengthen client relationships and address emerging issues
- Identify client challenges early and develop practical solutions
- Promote adoption of new EDPlan Health features, functionality, and services
- Share insights about changing client needs and opportunities to improve services
- Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 EDPlan Health support through Zendesk
- Oversee multiple client accounts and projects at the same time
- Partner with Regional Teams and other functions to address client needs
- Prepare meeting materials and handle data and reporting requests
- Act as an internal liaison for Regional Teams
- Serve as the primary contact for client change requests
- Coordinate change requests, product feedback, user acceptance testing, and training documentation
Cerințe
- Registered nurse with at least two years of experience
- Experience with electronic nursing documentation systems, including SIS or EHR platforms
- Two to five years of experience managing client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to manage several projects and client relationships concurrently
- Must live in Oklahoma
- Up to 50% travel within Oklahoma is required, with occasional travel outside the state
- PCG does not sponsor work authorization for newly hired foreign national workers, including H-1B sponsorship
