Descriere
- Lead the client service team while reinforcing agency values and maximizing team capabilities.
- Oversee briefs, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main client contact, building trusted relationships, organizing recurring meetings, and identifying business opportunities.
- Coordinate workflows across strategy, creative, media, and other internal departments.
- Contribute market and trend insights to strategic planning and track the department’s performance indicators.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive client service or relationship management experience in an advertising, marketing, or corporate communications agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising services and workflows, including branding, campaigns, social media, and media planning.
- Working knowledge of Agile methods and project management practices.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, delegate effectively, and support team development.
- Proficiency with CRM, project management, productivity, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Residence in Porto Alegre or the surrounding metropolitan area.
- Public-sector knowledge, a postgraduate degree in Communications, Management, Strategy, or a related field, and CRM, sales, or cross-selling experience are advantageous.
