Remote Accounting Assistant, Latin America
Reconcile campaign payments and prepare financial reports for a performance-based marketing company. This fully remote role is for Latin America professionals and follows EST hours.
Descriere
- Review weekly and monthly campaign results to calculate amounts due.
- Retrieve performance and payment details from campaign tracking platforms.
- Reconcile expected payments with deposits and payments received.
- Investigate payment differences and track outstanding amounts.
- Keep accurate payment, campaign, and reconciliation records.
- Prepare recurring reports and summaries from financial and campaign data.
- Use spreadsheets to organize, analyze, and monitor payment information.
- Learn and use campaign tracking tools such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE.
Cerințe
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, finance, or a related field.
- Experience reconciling accounts, tracking payments, or preparing financial reports.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Accuracy and confidence when working with numbers and financial information.
- Ability to identify and investigate differences between expected and actual payments.
- Comfort learning and navigating new software platforms.
- Basic technical aptitude.
- Experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar marketing tracking platforms is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
