Descriere

  • Master the Smartleaf platform and its different use cases
  • Lead daily production support, prioritizing urgent requests and allocating the necessary resources
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve client inquiries
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues
  • Create and maintain practical reference materials
  • Deliver training to client firms as needed
  • Track and support each client relationship
  • Provide responsive, thorough, and creative client support that reflects Smartleaf’s standards
  • Suggest internal process improvements informed by fresh perspective and prior experience
  • Manage clients’ day-to-day use of Smartleaf software and advisory services
  • Help clients use innovative platform functionality effectively
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted strategic advisor for internal and external stakeholders
  • Increase platform adoption and improve portfolio operations
  • Coordinate administrative work and conduct hands-on technical troubleshooting
  • Deliver accurate, timely, high-touch support

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required
  • At least five years of SaaS customer support, relationship management, or comparable experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Sound judgment when triaging client issues and determining their urgency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage work without close supervision
  • Personable, relationship-focused approach
  • Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders, including executives
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for taking on broader responsibilities
  • Ongoing authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Hands-on experience supporting software-product end users or clients
  • Fintech experience should be noted in the application
