Descriere
- Respond to client questions through live chat and email
- Deliver efficient, high-quality customer service
- Stay informed about the company platform, products, and relevant market conditions
- Track and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients
- Translate customer needs into actionable feedback and appropriate solutions for management
- Support smooth frontline operations and escalate discrepancies or situational risks promptly
- Help improve team performance, operational efficiency, and internal processes
Cerințe
- Czech reading and typing proficiency is required
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred
- A diploma in business administration or business management, along with strong numerical attention to detail
- Preferably 2–4 years of customer service experience, including frontline live chat and email operations
- Experience in a financial institution or fintech environment is advantageous
- Strong numerical aptitude and close attention to statistics
- Fluent written and spoken communication in English and Czech
- Interest in building knowledge and a long-term career in fintech or crypto trading
- Collaborative, committed, and self-motivated, with a positive approach to client support requests
- Availability for five-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays, across 8am–5pm, 4pm–1am, or 12am–9am schedules
