Business Development Executive, Workday Services — Singapore (Hybrid)
Grow opportunities for Workday implementation, optimization and application management services. Build enterprise pipelines and relationships across HR, Finance, IT and Procurement in Singapore.
Descriere
- Develop new Workday business opportunities across target accounts and industries
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and sales opportunities
- Research markets and accounts to find organizations with potential Workday transformation needs
- Reach prospective clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, events and other business development channels
- Qualify opportunities by assessing client needs, priorities, timelines, stakeholders and potential scope
- Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities to move them through the sales pipeline
- Build relationships with stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT and Procurement
- Contribute to account plans and identify ways to grow existing client relationships
- Present relevant Workday services and support cross-selling of implementation, optimization, enhancements and application management services
- Build knowledge of Workday solutions, their value proposition and the partner ecosystem
- Develop relationships with Workday sales and account teams to pursue opportunities together
- Coordinate pipeline development and account activities with Workday Account Executives and internal teams
- Attend Workday and industry events to build relationships and generate opportunities
- Work with consultants and solution architects to turn client requirements into service and solution proposals
- Arrange client meetings, discovery sessions, demonstrations and solution presentations
- Contribute to RFP and RFI responses, proposals, presentations, commercial discussions and follow-up
- Coordinate internal teams from opportunity qualification through proposal and contracting
- Keep CRM and sales tracking tools up to date with opportunity, pipeline and forecast information
Cerințe
- Around 2–5 or more years of experience in business development, account management, technology sales, enterprise software or consulting services
- Experience in HR technology, ERP, SaaS or professional services is an advantage
- Workday experience is preferred but not required; training is available for candidates with a suitable commercial mindset and aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging clients and senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, with an interest in building new client relationships and opportunities
- Organized and consistent in managing pipelines and following up
- Able to collaborate with consulting, presales, delivery and leadership teams
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing consulting environment
