Install, repair, test, and maintain healthcare equipment for Integra LifeSciences. Provide customer training and technical support while managing distributor service relationships.

- Install and maintain equipment onsite, following guidelines and standard procedures.
- Train customers on maintenance and provide technical support by phone or onsite.
- Answer customer questions, share knowledge, and resolve service concerns.
- Build customer relationships and promote product warranty sales.
- Coordinate with distributor service personnel and establish channels for sharing service knowledge.
- Work with sales teams and customers to identify specific technical issues.
- Represent the company positively and support customer satisfaction.
- Assist with product complaints related to the equipment.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned or requested.

- Experience performing onsite equipment installation, repair, testing, and maintenance using supplied tools and standard procedures.
