French-Speaking Payments Customer Support Representative
Assist French-speaking customers of a global payments provider with card questions by phone, chat, and email. Work remotely from Greece after initial in-person training in Athens.
Aprašymas
- Assist French-speaking customers with lost or stolen cards, card benefits, declined purchases, and balance inquiries
- Respond to customers by phone, chat, and email
- Record each interaction accurately in the CRM
- Manage approximately 10 to 20 cases per day
- Take on email and social media support duties later
- Advance from frontline customer support to back-office work
Reikalavimai
- Applicants must live in Greece
- Native-level or C1 French proficiency
- B1 English proficiency
- At least two years of call center experience
- Financial services experience is an advantage
- Strong written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Availability for rotating shifts on a 24/7 account, including around two weekends per month and occasional night shifts
- Current CV in English
Privalumai
- Work remotely from home
- Relocation assistance may be available to candidates currently outside Greece
- Productivity bonus of up to €200, based on targets
- Scheduled pay increases to €1,100 gross after 12 months and €1,150 gross after three years
