French-Speaking Global Payments Customer Support Representative
Assist French-speaking customers with card and payment questions across phone, chat, and email. Greece-based contract role with initial on-site training in Athens.
Aprašymas
- Handle customer inquiries in French for a global payments provider across phone, chat, and email.
- Help with lost or stolen cards, card benefits, declined purchases, and balance checks.
- Record each customer interaction accurately in the CRM.
- Manage approximately 10–20 cases per day.
- Take on email and social media support at a later stage.
- Complete a two-week nesting period, with the first week on site in Athens.
Reikalavimai
- Be based in Greece.
- Have native-level or C1 French proficiency.
- Have B1 English proficiency.
- Have at least two years of call center experience.
- Financial services experience is a strong advantage.
- Communicate clearly in writing.
- Have good PC skills.
- Be able to multitask.
- Be available for rotating shifts on a 24/7 account, including about two weekends per month and occasional night shifts.
- Provide an up-to-date CV in English.
Privalumai
- Work from home.
- Relocation support may be available to candidates living outside Greece.
- Earn a productivity bonus of up to €200 on top of base salary, subject to targets.
- Receive built-in salary increases to €1,100 gross after 12 months and €1,150 gross after three years.
- Complete a two-week nesting period.
