Customer Service Specialist – Sussex, Wisconsin
Support AVIRE customers in the elevator and emergency communications sectors by processing orders, resolving service issues, and maintaining Salesforce records. This full-time role offers a flexible hybrid schedule in Sussex, Wisconsin.
Aprašymas
- Process customer sales orders, changes, credits, card payments, and product return authorizations.
- Check order status reports for accuracy and contact customers proactively.
- Prepare quotes for customer projects.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, recording interactions in Salesforce.
- Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Share customer questions and concerns with relevant teams.
- Monitor order reports to help ensure shipments go out on time.
- Offer basic technical assistance with product issues.
- Meet individual and team quality and performance targets.
- Help improve processes and customer service practices.
- Represent customer needs and share feedback with relevant functions.
- Support customer satisfaction goals measured through net promoter scores.
- Resolve complaints and service issues efficiently.
- Grow sales through relevant upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep customer records and transaction details accurate in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal departments and escalate issues as needed.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
Reikalavimai
- Associate degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Active listening skills and empathy.
- Patience and composure under pressure.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for working with diverse groups inside and outside the organization.
- Fluency in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility or location.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
