  • Record, categorize, and monitor tickets to meet service-level agreements.
  • Extract, process, and reconcile platform data for operations, campaign calculations, and business decisions.
  • Create and maintain clear, current reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
  • Check data quality and consistency, investigating and correcting discrepancies.
  • Assist the Campaigns and Mechanics teams with reviewing calculations and campaign results.
  • Document support processes and maintain the technical knowledge base.
  • Analyze recurring support issues and recommend process or system improvements.
