Senior Localization Talent Specialist
Build freelance linguist networks and recruit language services professionals for Jadeer’s HR solutions business. Lead sourcing, assessment, onboarding, and vendor management.

- Source and onboard employees and freelance language professionals across translation, interpreting, voice-over, dubbing, quality assurance, and localization.
- Build and grow a global network of freelance linguists and language service vendors across languages and service types.
- Create assessment processes for linguistic, technical, and service roles.
- Work with hiring managers and learning and development teams to set role profiles, competencies, and career paths for localization teams.
- Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, share structured feedback, and support offer negotiations and hiring close.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout sourcing and selection.
- Track and improve recruitment measures, including time to hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documents in the applicant tracking system, complying with data protection and local employment laws.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, qualification, rate negotiations, and ongoing performance.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to assign freelance talent according to language, specialization, availability, and performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, linguistics, translation, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in localization recruitment, vendor management, or freelance talent management in the language services industry.
- Knowledge of localization workflows for translation, interpretation, machine translation post-editing, voice-over, and dubbing.
- Proficiency with SDL Trados Studio, memoQ, and Phrase (formerly Memsource).
- Knowledge of linguistic quality assurance processes.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, specialist forums, and freelance marketplaces.
- Experience developing language-specific talent pools.
- Experience creating and implementing practical skills assessments for linguists and localization technologists.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring.
- Ability to recruit across varied regions and cultures.
- Preferred: education or qualifications in linguistics, translation studies, localization project management, or a related area.
- Preferred: experience recruiting for technical localization positions.
