  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation with clients and internal teams.
  • Learn each customer’s goals, organization, and workflows, then turn them into clear actions and next steps.
  • Track adoption, product usage, and customer value, helping clients get the most from Zymego.
  • Spot risks, challenges, and blockers early and drive them toward resolution.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser, sharing insights, recommendations, and perspective.
  • Run structured customer follow-ups and regular reviews, including Value Reviews and QBRs.
  • Identify and pursue growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Handle customer questions and support needs, involving Product, Tech, or other teams as needed.
  • Keep customer data, risks, activities, and next steps organized and up to date.
  • Capture customer insights and turn them into product and workflow improvements.
  • Help develop and scale Customer Success processes and practices.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech.

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success or another customer-facing role with end-to-end account responsibility.
  • Experience managing and developing B2B customer relationships over time.
  • Experience guiding customers through the full journey, from onboarding to value realization and long-term partnership.
  • Comfort using data and customer insights to set priorities, follow up, and make decisions.
  • Experience working independently with complex customers and stakeholder groups.
  • Confidence in both strategic and operational discussions.
  • Ability to manage several customers, activities, and priorities at once.
  • Takes ownership and moves issues forward independently.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn digital products and systems quickly.
  • Interest in sharing experience and contributing to the team’s growth.
  • Enjoys working in a growing company where processes and practices continue to evolve.
  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS, HealthTech, or another complex B2B business.
  • Preferred: experience working with healthcare organizations or other businesses with complex stakeholder structures.
  • Preferred: clinical or other healthcare background, such as nursing, medicine, dentistry, or another healthcare profession.
