Remote Customer Service Associate – Retirement Plan Payments
Provide remote customer support for U.S. retirement-plan payment inquiries at iShare Inc. The role covers distributions, tax forms, reconciliations, payment options, and participant requests.

- Handle client questions about retirement-plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic distributions
- Guide clients through payment options such as lump-sum distributions, death benefits, rollovers, and loan withdrawals
- Reprint tax documents and confirm that participant records are current
- Send requested change forms to plan participants
- Deliver professional customer service while following established call-handling procedures
- Complete routine work under supervision and handle special assignments with general guidance
- Coordinate with internal departments to process requests accurately and on time

- Communicate clearly with clients while delivering consistently high-quality customer service
- Understand retirement-plan payments, lump-sum distributions, death benefits, rollovers, and loan withdrawals
- Know common banking products, payment systems, and financial transactions, including checking accounts, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments
- Manage varied customer inquiries while maintaining a strong service standard
- Follow defined procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Use strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette
- Work effectively under supervision and comply with established guidelines
- Experience in financial services or call-center operations is advantageous
- Be available for assigned eight-hour shifts within a 24/7 operation
