Product Support Representative, UK Remote

Help Fieldguide customers use its audit automation platform by resolving technical issues and improving onboarding. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to share customer feedback and support feature trials.

Сипаттама

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests for help.
  • Provide technical support for Fieldguide’s platform by email, phone, and chat.
  • Investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, involving Engineering when needed.
  • Show customers how to use platform features and share practical tips and best practices.
  • Represent customer needs to Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • Support customer participation in beta feature launches and gather feedback.
  • Help set up customer databases and create templates during onboarding.
  • Maintain and improve online help resources, FAQs, and support documentation.

Талаптар

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support.
  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role, such as support, implementation, solutions, or a combination of support and engineering.
  • Experience at a startup or scale-up.
  • A track record of improving customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work with incomplete documentation and take on varied responsibilities.
  • A proactive approach and ability to manage projects from start to finish with little direction or oversight.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and customer needs.
  • Availability to work 9 a.m.–6 p.m. GMT.
  • Familiarity with merge tags in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
