  • Own system availability, performance monitoring, and operational continuity.
  • Enforce escalation procedures across L1–L5 support tiers.
  • Lead root cause investigations and permanent fixes for major incidents.
  • Drive system updates, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Track defects in production and non-production environments.
  • Maintain system observability and lead outage triage.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state and federal policies, and internal audit controls.
  • Guide cloud readiness, refactoring, virtualization, and platform reengineering.
  • Work with architecture and engineering teams on SOA, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
  • Implement security and data protection controls, and support SOC audits and disaster recovery planning.
  • Coordinate security vulnerability remediation.
  • Design and improve ITSM processes using ITIL 4.
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and service request management.
  • Manage KPIs and SLAs and improve service quality.
  • Lead second-level support teams and coordinate with L1 providers.
  • Support releases, annual disaster recovery exercises, and SOC audits.
  • Plan technical initiatives, migrations, upgrades, and risk mitigation.
  • Report on defects, changes, and project governance.
  • Participate in change advisory board meetings and production readiness assessments.
  • Serve as the primary systems contact for client leaders and represent systems in governance meetings.
  • Work with clients to identify future needs and develop solution roadmaps.
  • Communicate impacts during outages, escalations, and planned changes.
  • Lead and coach technical and operations staff.
  • Set objectives, provide performance feedback, and promote accountability and learning.
  • Maintain an ownership map and promote cross-training, succession planning, and team depth.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or PMP preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT systems engineering, operations, or infrastructure leadership.
  • At least 5 years in technical and service delivery leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in ITIL 4, ITSM, and technical project delivery in complex, regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as required.
  • Use video cameras during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
