  • Act as the first contact for users and healthcare professionals by phone and in writing.
  • Resolve questions about technical issues and content.
  • Track bugs and other issues until they are resolved.
  • Reply to inquiries within 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Use support tools such as Intercom effectively.
  • Apply AI-powered tools in customer support.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and suggest practical changes.
  • Manage support cases independently, involving or escalating to the team when needed.
  • Keep track of complex cases.
  • Take part in assessment centers, interview rounds, and the structured recruitment process.

  • Have a medical background.
  • Have experience with modern support tools such as Intercom.
  • Be comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital workflows.
  • Be interested in new technologies, especially AI and AI-powered tools.

  • Work independently and know when to escalate issues.
  • Have technical aptitude.
  • Be ready to learn new topics and systems quickly.
  • Stay resilient under pressure and manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Speak fluent German and very good English.
  • Be willing to travel for workations three to four times per year.
  • Have a stable internet connection.

  • Be willing to work weekends and public holidays with reduced staffing, coordinated with the team.
  • Be available to work full time.
