- Act as the first contact for users and healthcare professionals by phone and in writing.
- Resolve questions about technical issues and content.
- Track bugs and other issues until they are resolved.
- Reply to inquiries within 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Use support tools such as Intercom effectively.
- Apply AI-powered tools in customer support.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and suggest practical changes.
- Manage support cases independently, involving or escalating to the team when needed.
- Keep track of complex cases.
- Take part in assessment centers, interview rounds, and the structured recruitment process.

- Bring several years of direct customer support experience.
- Have a medical background.
- Have experience with modern support tools such as Intercom.
- Be comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital workflows.
- Be interested in new technologies, especially AI and AI-powered tools.
- Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
- Work independently and know when to escalate issues.
- Have technical aptitude.
- Be ready to learn new topics and systems quickly.
- Stay resilient under pressure and manage multiple inquiries at once.
- Speak fluent German and very good English.
- Be willing to travel for workations three to four times per year.
- Have a stable internet connection.
- Begin the cover letter with “Hey Gapcloser”.
- Be willing to work weekends and public holidays with reduced staffing, coordinated with the team.
- Be available to work full time.
