JOOR Customer Success Associate - United States Remote
Support fashion brands and retailers using JOOR’s digital wholesale management platform. Help drive adoption, renewals, account expansion, and customer advocacy.

- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers around their business objectives and strategy.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, adoption, and best-practice programs that increase value and return on investment.
- Assess customer needs, service adoption, and organizational structure to support JOOR implementation and continued use.
- Promote urgency, professionalism, and strong execution to improve customer service performance.
- Represent customer feature requests and collaborate with Product, QA, and Data teams.
- Increase engagement across new and existing customer accounts.
- Develop strategies that improve renewals and minimize churn.
- Grow account revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Improve product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account health scores.
- Generate new business through customer advocacy and reference participation.

- At least one year of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business.
- One to two years of relevant experience in SaaS, account management, or strategy consulting is preferred.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven negotiation and sales abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Proactive, consultative approach to account management.
- Ability to navigate challenging upselling and reselling conversations.
- Resourceful, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Additional language skills are preferred.
