Head of Marketplace Supply Chain & Customer Experience
Lead marketplace customer experience, logistics, and seller services across ADEO’s international home-improvement marketplaces. Manage 11 specialists and strategic third-party logistics partnerships.

- Participate in the Marketplace Global Executive Committee (AMS ExCo)
- Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys across ADEO marketplaces
- Own 3P NPS and analyze customer, incident, contact, and cart-abandonment data to uncover pain points
- Set the short-, medium-, and long-term customer experience roadmap and improve online conversion
- Define and deliver the Marketplace Supply Chain strategy
- Lead internal fulfillment models and third-party logistics partnerships
- Create multichannel delivery solutions with carriers and internal stakeholders
- Organize customer service and after-sales support for 1P and 3P journeys
- Develop valuable logistics services for 3P sellers and increase adoption
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 employees
- Partner with six business units and international Omnicommerce, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Product & Tech teams
- Develop and oversee strategic relationships with 3PL providers and carriers

- Bring at least nine years of experience in pure-play e-commerce, marketplaces, scale-ups, retail, and/or consulting
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects with diverse functional and international stakeholders
- Track record of leading teams and growing employee capability
- Deep operational knowledge of e-commerce supply chains, including logistics, transportation, flow management, and 3P fulfillment and shipping
- Strong analytical ability to diagnose issues accurately and translate findings into practical operating plans
- Expertise in online customer experience drivers and delivery-promise optimization
- Professional fluency in English for daily collaboration across international teams
- Ability to design user-focused processes and logistics solutions suited to 3P sellers
- Ability to influence and coordinate internal and external partners without direct authority
- Ability to connect long-term strategy with practical operational delivery
- Proactive approach and comfort working in highly interdependent international environments
