Customer Success Manager, Latin America — S&P Global Energy
Manage S&P Global Energy client portfolios across Latin America, supporting onboarding, training and long-term relationships. Deliver on-site customer support and help integrate Platts services into client workflows.

- Manage a portfolio of clients across Latin America.
- Support clients through onboarding and relationship development.
- Work with Commercial and Client Development teams to identify client solutions and deliver added value.
- Provide on-site support and product training, and integrate Platts services into customer workflows.
- Record value-added services, cases and activities in Salesforce.
- Keep up with commodity news and channel partner platforms, and act as a team champion.
- Coordinate with Commercial and other teams on client needs, deliverables and feedback.
- Work with Commercial to expand the S&P Global Platts business.
- Lead client onboarding, product training, relationship development and delivery of client commitments.
- Work with global Client Service, Editorial, Product and Marketing teams to develop solutions for clients.
- Travel to meet clients, understand their perspectives and relay feedback internally.
- Share best practices and lessons learned with global Client Service teams.
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least three years of related experience; experience in finance, banking or trading is required.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Previous experience in client support or sales interaction is preferred.
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of a client portfolio.
- Able to manage multiple client requests, product demonstrations, training sessions and engagement records.
- Able to lead clear, effective individual and group training for employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of energy, commodities and financial markets.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, as well as Excel, Quip, Zoom and Teams.
- Understanding of APIs and technology.
