  • Handle inbound and outbound call center calls
  • Create and manage service tickets, recording completed work
  • Troubleshoot customer building automation and facilities systems remotely
  • Support customers by phone and recommend solutions through multiple energy management system interfaces
  • Coordinate on-site third-party personnel during technical troubleshooting
  • Interpret and assess data from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and lighting systems
  • Monitor system installations
  • Prepare reports recommending improvements to energy use, asset efficiency, and troubleshooting

  • Availability for night, weekday, or weekend shifts averaging eight hours, typically between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m.
  • Ability to support customers continuously as part of a 24/7/365 Operations Control Center
  • Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency at C1 level
