Assistant Fraud and Risk Specialist at TDCX - Singapore Onsite
Support fraud prevention and risk operations at TDCX by investigating suspicious activity, analyzing fraud patterns, and improving mitigation models. This full-time onsite role in Singapore also contributes to agent development and stakeholder reporting.

- Investigate complex cases and identify patterns in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Assess the impact of fraud trends and develop prevention and mitigation approaches.
- Maintain detailed, confidential records of investigations.
- Train and mentor new agents while preparing individualized upskilling plans.
- Develop relevant training materials.
- Analyze fraud patterns, build models, and refine existing models as fraud vectors evolve.
- Recommend measures to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to report trends and system weaknesses and initiate preventive improvements.
- Handle additional management-assigned duties within the employment category and support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
