Description
- Investigate complex cases and identify patterns in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Assess the impact of fraud trends and develop prevention and mitigation approaches.
- Maintain detailed, confidential records of investigations.
- Train and mentor new agents while preparing individualized upskilling plans.
- Develop relevant training materials.
- Analyze fraud patterns, build models, and refine existing models as fraud vectors evolve.
- Recommend measures to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to report trends and system weaknesses and initiate preventive improvements.
- Handle additional management-assigned duties within the employment category and support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Requirements
- A Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Related work experience is preferred, while recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Well-developed investigative, online research, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Comfort working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
