  • Use Oracle SQL, Postman, and OpenSearch to analyze and manage end-to-end payment transaction flows
  • Maintain critical payment services while tracking applicable SLA windows
  • Monitor platform health through Grafana and related observability tools
  • Lead incident response, investigate root causes, and document incident reports
  • Bring cross-functional teams together to drive incidents through resolution
  • Process transactions requiring manual parsing
  • Investigate payouts or funding remaining pending for more than three days, updating statuses or escalating when necessary
  • Work with partners and banks to resolve processing problems, file-loading discrepancies, and reporting corrections
  • Diagnose SAR reconciliation problems involving unmatched transactions, missing or duplicated report data, and platform mismatches
  • Plan, execute, and roll back service releases
  • Confirm system health and performance metrics after releases
  • Provide application support for both B2C and Enterprise product lines

  • A problem-solving approach and the initiative to investigate unfamiliar issues and define solutions independently
  • Hands-on SQL experience for querying data
  • Experience using Postman to interpret API documentation and troubleshoot partner integrations
  • Foundational knowledge of Linux, networking, or cloud administration
  • The ability to handle multiple time-sensitive incidents within strict SLA windows
  • Experience working with external organizations such as banks, PSPs, and payment processors
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Settlement, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders
  • Basic programming ability for reading code, running scripts, or examining data payloads
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Direct experience using OpenSearch for log and transaction analysis
  • Practical familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of financial operations, payment lifecycles, and fundamental fintech terminology
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related operational discipline
