Temporary Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative
Provide remote, temporary part-time customer service for Five Star Call Centers, responding to customer calls about debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
Description
- Answer customer calls about clients’ products and services.
- Deliver helpful, professional customer support.
- Respond to questions about debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls efficiently.
- Use scripts to address a range of customer topics.
- Clarify customer needs, research issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Use company and client resources to resolve calls accurately.
- Recommend additional products when appropriate.
- Switch between tasks while maintaining efficiency and composure.
- Arrive on time and attend scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a positive, professional manner with customers.
- Complete cross-training as requested.
Requirements
- Some prior customer service or support experience, ideally three to six months.
- Call center or office experience is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong telephone and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Must reside in an eligible state: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

Benefits
