Description

  • Lead end-to-end talent initiatives spanning recruitment, contractor engagement, onboarding, and candidate experience
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Review resumes and conduct onsite and virtual interviews
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, capabilities, values alignment, skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and shape recruitment strategies
  • Develop relationships with candidates, contractors, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work with recruiting agencies, staffing vendors, and contractor partners to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Build pipelines for current and anticipated openings
  • Advise hiring managers on effective hiring practices
  • Coordinate onboarding and help new hires transition into the organization
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent planning, workforce scalability, and employee lifecycle programs
  • Monitor recruiting activity, hiring metrics, contractor information, and talent acquisition KPIs
  • Maintain personnel, new-hire, and talent acquisition KPI reporting with the Senior Director of Talent Management
  • Optimize recruiting and candidate experience processes for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
  • At least eight years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting talent across varied roles and industries
  • Thorough knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and experience managing several openings at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with sourcing methods and tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
  • Experience collaborating across functions on workforce planning, onboarding, or wider talent lifecycle programs is preferred
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professional judgment
  • Practical, solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity, resolve issues efficiently, and build cross-functional partnerships
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while balancing competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Must be based in Miami, Florida, and able to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday in this hybrid role
