Description

  • Analyze accounts for collection under direct supervision.
  • Review customer records and recommend collection actions, next steps, and payment terms.
  • Prepare and issue letters to delinquent accounts.
  • Support investigations into complaints of moderate complexity.
  • Recommend corrections for accounting errors.
  • Help resolve collection-related matters.
  • Collaborate with existing customers, including potential site visits, to investigate and resolve collection issues.
  • Apply data analytics and credit risk models to historical data to forecast future credit losses.
  • Support credit-related decision-making processes.
  • Communicate with customers about complex accounts and significant overdue balances.
  • Build positive customer relationships while resolving outstanding issues.
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Practical working knowledge of the relevant discipline.
  • Foundational understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines.
