Senior Pega Lead System Architect
Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable Pega solutions for a German technology and digitalization company. Shape project implementation, presales work, and the growth of the Pega practice.
Description
- Own the technical direction of complex Pega digitalization projects
- Design and deliver efficient, scalable, reusable Pega solutions
- Create solution architectures with Business Architects and multidisciplinary project teams
- Analyze, model, and improve existing business processes
- Assess business and technical needs and turn them into user stories, epics, and solution designs
- Develop and refine IT strategies and target architectures
- Support presales and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
- Coach and develop software engineering teams
- Help shape and grow the Pega practice
- Work with project managers, business teams, and technical stakeholders
- Design complex digital processes and applications
- Guide solution architecture, technical delivery, and quality
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience delivering Pega implementation projects
- Several years of experience as a Lead Developer or in a technical leadership position
- Strong skills in developing model-based business processes and applications
- Current Pega Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification
- Experience with modern web technologies in Java or .NET environments
- Understanding of agile software development and modern digitalization projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business processes
- Very good German and English language skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
