  • Own the technical direction of complex Pega digitalization projects
  • Design and deliver efficient, scalable, reusable Pega solutions
  • Create solution architectures with Business Architects and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Analyze, model, and improve existing business processes
  • Assess business and technical needs and turn them into user stories, epics, and solution designs
  • Develop and refine IT strategies and target architectures
  • Support presales and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Coach and develop software engineering teams
  • Help shape and grow the Pega practice
  • Work with project managers, business teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Design complex digital processes and applications
  • Guide solution architecture, technical delivery, and quality

Prasības

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience delivering Pega implementation projects
  • Several years of experience as a Lead Developer or in a technical leadership position
  • Strong skills in developing model-based business processes and applications
  • Current Pega Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification
  • Experience with modern web technologies in Java or .NET environments
  • Understanding of agile software development and modern digitalization projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business processes
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
