Senior AI Engineer, Customer Experience

Build production AI agents and workflows for Gametime’s live-event ticketing operations. Improve fan support, marketplace processes, and operator tools through practical automation.

Description

  • Map and document high-impact workflow improvements across Fan Operations and Marketplace Operations
  • Build agentic workflows for issue triage, routing, response drafting, refunds, disputes, seller risk, event cancellations, SLA monitoring, escalations, and related operational work
  • Connect internal and external Gametime data systems
  • Create practical tools such as streamlined UIs, Slack interfaces, scheduled agents, and knowledge-retrieval systems
  • Guide operators through staged AI adoption and workflow redesign
  • Identify repeatable solutions and expand successful tools across Fan Operations and Marketplace Operations
  • Train operations colleagues to use AI tools, create automations, and approach work as workflows
  • Manage projects from initial design through production release, monitoring, iteration, and impact measurement
  • Assess emerging agent frameworks, large language model capabilities, and AI tools
  • Help shape AI-integrated engineering practices across Gametime’s Operations organization
  • Deliver production agents used weekly while reducing manual resolution time, improving fan satisfaction, and expanding operator capacity

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in technical operations or software engineering, including one or more years building production LLM or agentic systems
  • Experience delivering production tools for non-engineering users, beyond internal developer tooling
  • Ability to partner with nontechnical stakeholders, turn domain expertise into technical requirements, and explain delivered systems in clear language
  • Evidence of coaching or enabling others, formally or informally, with measurable changes in how they work
  • Comfort working in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with customer operations, CX tooling, trust and safety, or marketplace operations
  • Experience in ticketing, e-commerce, or two-sided marketplace environments
  • Familiarity with support-tooling platforms
  • Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks, especially for retrieval and automated response generation
  • Experience using data tools such as SQL, dbt, or Snowflake
  • Previous experience in an embedded or cross-functional engineering position
  • Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or another client-facing technical role
