Remote Recruitment Associate in the Philippines

Support end-to-end recruiting for Spiralyze by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Maintain talent pipelines, recruitment metrics, and ATS records while helping hire for a data-driven A/B testing company.

Description

  • Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networking events
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants
  • Interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Support the preparation and publication of job advertisements
  • Maintain candidate records and monitor recruitment metrics
  • Deliver a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and role requirements
  • Search for prospective talent on Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn
  • Track industry developments, labor-market conditions, and recruiting practices
  • Use an applicant tracking system to organize recruiting workflows and keep records accurate
  • Report to the HR and Recruitment Head
  • Help Spiralyze attract, evaluate, and hire talent for its data-driven A/B testing business serving major brands

Requirements

  • Show enthusiasm for asking questions and learning about candidates’ experiences
  • Move candidates efficiently through the recruiting pipeline
  • Represent the company professionally when speaking with prospective hires
  • Understand Spiralyze’s business and roles well enough to explain them clearly to candidates
  • Review resumes and candidate communications with close attention to detail
  • Organize candidate status, resumes, interview notes, and assessments across multiple openings
  • Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Have proficiency in English
  • Be familiar with applicant tracking system tools
  • Experience recruiting or working with UI/UX designers is helpful
  • Understanding design positions and creative portfolios is advantageous
  • Be an entry-level candidate with 0–3 years of experience, including recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in HR
