Description
- Provide customer service to individuals calling for assistance.
- Connect callers with emergency shelter and essential resources.
- Use multiple computer systems to support customers remotely.
- Attend all orientation and training sessions.
- Show your computer equipment and internet specifications during the interview.
- Work as a W-2 employee supporting Frontline Group’s mission-driven services.
Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in both Spanish and English.
- Have call center or customer service experience.
- Be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
- Attend all orientation and training sessions.
- Have open availability, including weekends.
- Use a Windows 11 PC; Macs and Chromebooks are not accepted.
- Have two monitors.
- Use a recent-generation Intel i5, i7, or i9 processor, or an AMD Ryzen 5, 7, or 9 processor.
- Have at least 16 GB of RAM, with 12 GB available for use.
- Keep CPU utilization at 50% or lower.
- Use a computer with an Ethernet (RJ-45) port.
- Use a wired Ethernet internet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted.
- Have an internet download speed of at least 20 Mbps.
- Have an internet upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
- Have a ping of 20 ms or less.
- Use the specified computer for the interview, with the camera on and screen sharing enabled.
- Provide screenshots verifying Windows 11, internet speed, RAM, and a wired Ethernet connection.
- Be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Be available to work in Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, or Utah.
