Partner Success Specialist (German) – Kraków Hybrid

Support German-speaking partners through onboarding, launches, and ongoing operations for Talixo’s pre-booked transfer network. Oversee service quality, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, and scalable partner processes.

Description

  • Lead partner onboarding and launch activities from planning through go-live
  • Coordinate requirements, timelines, responsibilities, and launch readiness
  • Work across internal teams to remove blockers and prepare partners for launch
  • Support partners during the transition from launch into day-to-day operations
  • Serve as a primary operational contact and develop trusted partner relationships
  • Help partners adopt Talixo’s products, tools, and operating processes
  • Convert partner needs into actionable requests for Commercial Account Managers
  • Coordinate stakeholders to address operational and technical problems
  • Assist with launches for new products, features, and destinations
  • Track partner performance, quality KPIs, and compliance with agreed SLAs
  • Spot operational risks, recurring problems, and opportunities to improve
  • Analyze root causes and collaborate on durable corrective actions
  • Share performance analysis and recommendations for partner and commercial decisions
  • Keep CRM records, partner documentation, and launch details accurate and current
  • Develop more scalable workflows and automation
  • Help maintain Partner Success playbooks, onboarding standards, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations
  • Background in a fast-paced, technology-led environment; travel, mobility, GDS, or SaaS experience is advantageous
  • Strong project-management ability, with experience coordinating multiple partners, initiatives, and internal stakeholders at once
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely on complex or strategically important partnerships
  • Analytical approach with confidence using operational KPIs and performance data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Highly organized, methodical, and attentive to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in rapidly changing operational situations
  • Commercial understanding of how operational results influence partner satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and operational tools
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are welcome
