Description

  • Deliver attentive service that improves customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
  • Provide accurate, timely guidance on everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes through telephone and online channels.
  • Help customers use digital platforms for personal banking and build confidence with self-service tools.
  • Assist customers throughout digital onboarding processes.
  • Listen carefully, build trust, and ask relevant questions to improve customer outcomes and NPS performance.
  • Support a team culture that balances people, customer, risk, and performance priorities.
  • Follow internal policies, procedures, and applicable legislative, privacy, FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience providing a high-quality customer experience.
  • Confidence using digital customer-service platforms to support customers in real time.
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot common digital banking applications and mobile services alongside customers.
  • Understanding of the digital verification and identity-validation systems used during customer onboarding.
  • Working knowledge of digital payment technologies, including mobile wallets and online payments.
  • Ability to resolve digital banking questions and help customers manage their accounts online.
  • Ability to follow internal policies and procedures and comply with external requirements, including privacy, FSRA, legislative, and Underwriting Guidelines obligations.
