Omnichannel Customer Experience Analyst Intern

Description

  • Gather and consolidate information from customer touchpoints, including surveys, complaints, and digital interactions.
  • Assess customer experience across multiple journeys.
  • Prepare performance reports tracking NPS, customer satisfaction, and complaint rates.
  • Map customer journeys to find pain points and opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to shape recommendations and action plans.
  • Drive action plan delivery and track results over time.
  • Support the rollout of new digital tools and the enhancement of existing services.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a higher education program equivalent to four or five years of post-secondary study, preferably at a business school.
  • Specialization in marketing or project management.
  • Strong interest in customer satisfaction and an analytical approach.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused, with active listening skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Enjoys collaborative, project-based work.
  • Curious and adaptable.
  • Strong interest in digital, e-commerce, and innovation.
