Lead Technology Business Management – AI Transformation

Lead AT&T’s efforts to turn AI and technology implementations into adoption, governance, communications, and measurable business value. Drive change readiness across technical, operational, customer, and employee teams.

Description

  • Develop a change operating model that converts AI opportunities into measurable business and customer outcomes
  • Lead translation between technical and business stakeholders across complex AI, product, technology, process, and operating-model initiatives
  • Turn technical roadmaps, releases, system capabilities, controls, and dependencies into operational impacts, readiness actions, and leadership decisions
  • Establish the people, process, governance, and communication foundations needed to scale AI responsibly
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, AI, Program, and Operations teams from intake through launch, stabilization, and ongoing support
  • Convert technical designs into updates to roles, workflows, procedures, decision rights, knowledge, training, controls, customer journeys, and support models
  • Tie implementation milestones to readiness gates for stakeholder alignment, leader activation, training, communications, risk mitigation, and launch support
  • Surface adoption obstacles, legacy-system dependencies, workflow gaps, exception scenarios, and unintended customer or employee effects before deployment
  • Own integrated change strategies for high-impact, cross-functional transformation and AI initiatives
  • Direct impact assessment and readiness planning across people, process, technology, and customer experience
  • Establish human and AI operating practices for accountability, decision authority, exception management, feedback, controls, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate enablement, training, launch preparation, hypercare, 30/60/90-day reviews, and transition into steady-state operations
  • Manage portfolio communications covering changes, launches, risks, decisions, required actions, and realized value
  • Develop audience-specific narratives, executive briefings, roadshows, leader toolkits, launch communications, FAQs, adoption campaigns, and outcome stories
  • Define and track measures for readiness, adoption, proficiency, behavior change, operational performance, customer impact, and value realization
  • Coach less experienced staff and lead major projects with strategic independence

Requirements

  • Experience directing change management, organizational readiness, technical implementation, communications, program management, or business transformation work
  • Proven ability to turn complex technology, product, or process changes into business actions and executive-level communications
  • Strong executive storytelling, stakeholder influence, facilitation, planning, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
  • Working knowledge of operating-model design, adoption measurement, launch readiness, governance, and value realization
  • Ability to work across technical and business functions while keeping customer and employee needs in focus
  • Strong project management capability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related area is preferred
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Certification may be required for certain areas
