Description
- Own recruitment processes from intake discussions through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and coordinate recruitment activity
- Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Lead screening calls, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping
- Handle several open roles at once while protecting the candidate experience
- Keep recruitment activity and records accurate in ATS platforms
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in agency, RPO, or internal recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment from start to finish
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- English proficiency of at least B2 level
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Capacity to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive approach with an interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition
