Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact from placement through ongoing engagement
  • Build trusted relationships while keeping clients informed and well supported
  • Hold regular client check-ins and identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Recognize recurring feedback and present systemic issues and recommended solutions to leadership
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership to manage complex client situations
  • Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently or escalate them when appropriate
  • Support client retention and uncover expansion opportunities such as additional placements and new roles
  • Monitor account health and create action plans for at-risk clients
  • Keep accurate records of client communications, account status, and outstanding items
  • Share internal updates on portfolio health, client sentiment, and significant risks
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams in writing and during calls

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client success, or a comparable client-facing B2B role
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities and outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in a small-business environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts at once
  • Proactive, quick to act, and comfortable taking initiative
