Executive Assistant, Administrative Support at Kroll - Mumbai (Hybrid)

Provide executive and administrative support to Kroll leadership in Mumbai. Coordinate client events, CRM records, travel, office requests, and remote-team administration.

Description

  • Act as the primary administrative contact and escalation point for assigned service lines or locations.
  • Deliver designated administrative services for the Executive Committee and CXO-level leaders.
  • Develop service-line expertise to support senior leadership effectively.
  • Oversee the service-line or location request queue with the remote team.
  • Allocate administrative requests and tasks to assistants while supporting efficient office operations.
  • Offer constructive feedback and training assistance to fellow assistants.
  • Handle and prioritize calls, contacts, and emails with accuracy and promptness.
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and internal team gatherings.
  • Plan and deliver events for clients.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Keep the client relationship management (CRM) database up to date.
  • Assist with client requirements, including billing, document management, engagement acceptance, and setup.
  • Arrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Provide secretarial and executive assistant support to Managing Directors and the broader team.
  • Maintain calendars and diaries.
  • Complete additional duties that support efficient business operations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior management and owning project responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Background in a comparable sector, such as financial services or accountancy.
  • Proactive, quick-thinking, and confident working independently with initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to integrity.
  • Clear, precise, and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Skilled at developing diplomatic solutions and resolving issues.
  • Able to help create improved client education and reporting systems.
  • Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends and applications, and presenting findings accurately.
