- Provide on-call coverage across Wellington branches

Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer service or administration
- Comfort using digital tools and helping customers use them
- Ability to manage competing priorities while remaining calm, composed, and focused on solutions
- Knowledge of financial services, compliance, or regulated environments, or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility when customer needs change
- A growth-oriented approach and interest in developing a long-term career
