Customer Service Advisor - Scania Richlands Onsite

Serve as Scania customers’ first point of contact while coordinating vehicle servicing, bookings, invoicing and related support. This onsite Richlands role contributes to Scania’s sustainable transport operations.

Description

  • Greet customers and provide an efficient first point of contact
  • Receive and check in customer vehicles for servicing
  • Schedule service and repair appointments through email, in person, by phone and via the customer portal using Scania systems
  • Keep customers informed throughout the servicing process
  • Prepare invoices for completed work orders
  • Return vehicle keys to customers after service
  • Arrange courtesy vehicles when required
  • Handle general administrative responsibilities
  • Build trusted customer relationships while meeting their needs and expectations

Requirements

  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication
  • Competent computer skills
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Well-developed time management, organisational and administrative skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to respond effectively to changing situations
  • High accuracy when entering data
  • Experience with Planner is helpful but not required, as training is provided
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian or New Zealand permanent residency
  • Employment offer subject to standard pre-employment screening, including medical and other background checks
