Clinical Trial Coordinator, Single Sponsor — Germany Remote

Coordinate sponsor-site activities, regulatory documentation, clinical supplies, and study tracking for Syneos Health’s biopharmaceutical trials. Support site communications, meetings, audits, and corrective actions across assigned studies.

Description

  • Follow applicable corporate and clinical operations policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Support Clinical Monitoring staff with site management and represent the sponsor at assigned study sites
  • Communicate with sites to confirm adherence to protocols, study procedures, and applicable guidelines
  • Create and maintain project files and manage related correspondence
  • Participate in file audits
  • Prepare and maintain site manuals, reference materials, and related documentation
  • Enter, update, and maintain clinical tracking data in relevant databases
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents and updates
  • Manage the shared mailbox, respond to site requests, and route correspondence appropriately
  • Coordinate the ordering, packaging, shipment, and tracking of site supplies and materials
  • Support team meeting logistics, attend meetings, and prepare minutes and action items
  • Identify and address potential issues while implementing corrective actions
  • Complete required clinical research training
  • Provide training or mentorship to junior Clinical Operations Specialists when needed

Requirements

  • An associate degree is preferred, or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related experience may substitute for a degree
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, clinical data, and ICH/GCP is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to adopt new technologies
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
