Career and Mobility Advisor

Career advisor at Koersmakers, ADG’s specialist in sustainable employability for skilled workers. Support Track 2 reintegration, career coaching, and mobility programs.

Description

  • Support skilled workers through Track 2 reintegration programs
  • Guide career development and coaching programs
  • Facilitate structured conversations
  • Identify workers’ experiences, goals, and talents
  • Use suitable interest assessments, including the Predictive Index
  • Translate personal motivations and capabilities into concrete actions
  • Ensure Track 2 services comply with the absence-management cycle and the Gatekeeper Improvement Act
  • Support managers at ADG companies with sustainable employability initiatives
  • Develop new opportunities to help skilled workers return to or remain in employment
  • Set clear agreements and take ownership of program coordination
  • Review guidance and reports for completeness and discrepancies

Requirements

  • Experience conducting Track 2 reintegration programs
  • Interest in sustainable employee employability
  • Knowledge of current regulations concerning the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and the UWV absence-management cycle
  • Ability to establish contact easily, including in unfamiliar situations
  • Ability to alternate between a leading, directive approach and a listening, observant approach
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership of supported programs
  • Comfort communicating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to translate goals into concrete steps and agreements
  • Accurate and careful working style, with the ability to identify omissions and discrepancies
  • Confidence asking critical questions and raising observations respectfully
  • Experience with interest or personality assessments is not required; Predictive Index experience is not required
