Middle Office Loan Coordinator

Coordinate private bank loans at PNC from application through booking. Review documents, manage risk, and work with underwriting, booking, and funding teams.

Description

  • Coordinate private bank loans from application through booking.
  • Handle complex, technical client transactions with limited guidance.
  • Check loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Interpret information to ensure accurate coding and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Identify and manage risks proactively.
  • Engage internal or external counsel and other PNC business units when needed.
  • Meet with clients and internal or external partners to resolve requests.
  • Guide internal partners through middle-office processes for complex client requests.
  • Coordinate with banking advisors and underwriting, document preparation, booking, and funding teams.
  • Continue professional learning to strengthen relevant skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university or college degree.
  • Less than one year of professional experience, or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Lending experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of lending processes is strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
  • If approved for remote work, access to a quiet, secure, confidential home workspace.
  • May be subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
  • Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT support are not available.
