Description

  • Assist internal and external customers through phone, email, chat, and fax inquiries.
  • Explain insurance products and address customer questions and concerns.
  • Use company and functional expertise to support, develop, and lead new initiatives.
  • Deliver responsive customer service while promoting Allstate home and auto insurance products.
  • Assess customers’ current and future needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships through personalized insurance service.
  • Highlight product features and benefits during regular customer portfolio reviews.
  • Process policy renewals and requests to amend insurance contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries submitted online by email.
  • Upsell and cross-sell home and auto insurance products within underwriting guidelines.
  • Support customer retention through policy renewals and updates.

Requirements

  • Hold an Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) license or be prepared to obtain one in your province of residence.
  • Bring 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be available for rotating evening, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
  • Call center experience is an asset.
  • Insurance industry experience is an asset.
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling is an asset.
  • Open to residents of Quebec and Ontario outside the Greater Toronto Area, subject to the role’s location eligibility criteria.
