- Assess customer needs and resolve issues according to product and service procedures
- Manage a range of situations during customer interactions
- Record customer details and process service requests in internal systems
- Assist customers through chat and occasional phone calls
- Communicate clearly and consistently across every customer contact
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma
- Have intermediate Spanish proficiency
- Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and typing
- Provide all documentation required for hiring
- Be available to work flexible hours
- Demonstrate strong spoken and written communication
- Effectively manage multiple demands
- Live near or have convenient access to the Atento Cabula Unit
