Parts Customer Care Representative — Fort Wayne, IN (Onsite)
Support Crown lift truck customers in Fort Wayne by handling parts calls, orders, quotes, and inventory. The role also involves customer service and relationships with factory and external vendors.
Description
- Handle incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians, and process requests.
- Pull orders, receive incoming stock, and put stock away.
- Order parts and build relationships with Crown factory and external vendors.
- Monitor satisfaction with parts support, address customer concerns and requests, and support customer retention.
- Stay in direct contact with current and prospective customers.
- Prepare customer quotes.
- Process paperwork.
- Control inventory, including cycle counts for the stockroom, vans, and customer consignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills.
- Parts or inventory control experience is preferred.
- Lift truck industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
