Banking Consultant – Auckland Onsite

Support Advisor Home Loan customers at ANZ through virtual handovers, digital banking guidance, account opening, and compliant service. Help customers understand their needs while delivering clear, efficient, and customer-focused banking support.

Description

  • Provide friendly, efficient, customer-focused support throughout the handover process
  • Connect virtually with Advisor Home Loan customers and guide them through each required handover step
  • Lead prepared conversations to understand customers’ needs, goals, and circumstances
  • Help customers use digital banking tools and services confidently
  • Assist with account opening, customer information updates, and identifying relevant products and services
  • Fulfil AML, risk, and regulatory compliance responsibilities
  • Contribute to team learning, collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence

Requirements

  • Strong customer-service orientation; retail experience is advantageous
  • Experience using and promoting technology, with familiarity across digital channels preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to change and ambiguity
  • Comfort working both collaboratively and independently while maintaining focus
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
