Administrator/Scheduler - Specsavers Birmingham Onsite

Join Specsavers’ Home Visits Team as a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator responsible for appointment scheduling. Handle eyecare and hearing-care enquiries while supporting customer service and sales performance.

Description

  • Support the appointment scheduling team.
  • Arrange and book customer appointments.
  • Respond to customer questions about eyecare, hearing aids, and hearing care.
  • Make sure customer needs are understood before appointments.
  • Give clear guidance in accordance with NHS guidelines and company standards.
  • Support business operations in meeting sales targets and delivering high customer service standards.
  • Answer telephone enquiries efficiently and route them to the appropriate team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call centre environment or a comparable scheduling position.
  • A polite, professional approach to customer service.
  • Confidence answering telephone enquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Ability to give clear information about eyecare, hearing aids, and hearing care.
  • Ability to follow NHS guidelines and company standards.
  • Availability to work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
